1. About ReClienta

ReClienta is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product designed for cleaning businesses. It helps you capture leads, follow up with customers, manage appointments, and bring past clients back to book again. By using ReClienta, you agree to these Terms of Service.

ReClienta is a digital product. There are no physical goods and no shipping. Access is provided online after account activation.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login with others or allow unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Your customer data

Any data you enter into ReClienta — including lead records, client details, appointment information, and notes — remains yours. You are responsible for ensuring that your collection and use of your customers' data complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including any applicable data protection or privacy regulations.

You must not enter data into ReClienta that you do not have the right to store or process.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use ReClienta only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to harass, spam, or harm others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the product.
• Use the service in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.

5. No guarantee of results

ReClienta is a tool to help you manage your business. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue increase, or client retention rate. Results depend on how you use the product and the nature of your business.

6. Service during early access

ReClienta is in early access. The product may change, be updated, or have features added or modified. We will do our best to notify users of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated service.

7. Founder lifetime access

The founder $99 lifetime access applies to platform access to ReClienta as a SaaS product — meaning no recurring monthly subscription fee for as long as the platform operates in its current form. Lifetime access does not include:

• Third-party services that may require separate fees in the future (for example, usage-based messaging credits, if ever introduced).
• Features that are explicitly offered as separate paid add-ons.

We will always communicate clearly before any change that could affect founder users' access.

8. Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or are used for illegal purposes. Where possible, we will notify you before taking action.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReClienta is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
